Can i say my honest opinion? The jollof looks like rice and ketchup i think there should be paprika, and more tomato paste and fresh tomatoes as well so it can give it that red color, and rice seems too mushy aswell another rice should be used i think but the suyaaa???? It looks so good

It looks nice. I'd recommend roasting the tomatoes, onions, and pepper and blending without water. Use chicken stock instead, or you can use oil if you're after that smokey taste. And also use chicken stock instead of water for a better taste because water might end up removing the flavor. This one is not necessary, but you can use the oil from fried chicken or meat as the base instead of raw oil. The way to get the best flavor is by using as little ordinary water as possible. Any liquid involved should be flavored.

Uh huh.. it wont have the best taste. 2 important missing ingredients: 1. Caramelized onions (saute onions b4 adding tomato paste/puree and other spices) 2. Chicken or beef stock instead of water. A 3rd ingredient which is not absolutely necessary but which steps up the flavour another notch is to use the oil from frying beef or chicken as the base.

This ain't how Nigerians cook their jollof rice. This is Ghanaians way. Nigerians first steam their rice before adding it to the stew.
