Blue is one of my favorite colors, so it's nice to see so many blue dolls in the line. Original Skyler was the first RH doll I bought, the one who started the obsession for me. I'd been seeing her in the stores for a couple months before I bought her. And then Poppy, and then it just kept going. Even though I agree with your rankings, my heart wants that original Skyler higher up. But the Runway Skyler is everything I wanted for her, doll-wise.
OG Sky took a while to grow on me, but I appreciate her now for being arguably one of the best of the original lineup. FF Skylar is her ultimate form I think, she just epitomizes how excellent Skylar can be if the designers really try 😂
My first RH doll was Skyler. I wanted Sunny originally but after seeing them both I left the shop with Skyler. I still don't have core Sunny! Oh! Robin Costume ball is so gorgeous. I prefer her face to her Slumber party doll. So many great blue dolls, Gabriella, Uma, Kim...
Skylar was the right choice I think 😂 outfit-wise anyway lol. Even though I think they should've pushed her makeup farther, CB Robin remains one of the tip tier dolls from RH (in my opinion) like she's actually crazy
I would put Gabriella at number 1. She's too beautiful. Her dress with Rainbow High plastered across it is tacky af. But I will forgive it. A lot of these dolls are victim to having very meh outfits. It' extremely frustrating how many of them are meh to me. I would love to restyle Coco, Kim, Hali, Holly, or Blu into something I like more, but theres hardly any blue clothes to donate that are good enough to donate to them. Gabriella and Skyler can't dress everyone. And its just amazing to me that this has happened with 24 dolls. I've also been thinking about what Coco would have looked liked if her outfits had been pant suits instead of cocktail dresses. I think that would have looked way cooler. Especially her Sonic the Hedgehog dress.
Gabriella is a good choice for #1, her hair makeup and skin all work together so well 🤌 The meh (or downright bad) outfit thing is so true, so many of them could be improved with better outfits and I think blue is probably the biggest perpetrator of that crime. Even just some well thought out accessories would make them complete enough to pass you know. OH MY GOOOOOD that skirt and dress reimagined as conceptual structured pants is GENIUS. Make that skirt into a slim leg pant (maybe jogger?) and the lower part of the second outfit into a wide leg flare pant!! I could get very on board with that
