Yes we stayed in the rooms, twice actually. We were there in January 2017 and February 2018. The rooms are great! I'll have to make a blog post about it with some photos. There are a few different room options. Both times we stayed in the Deluxe Room since it has 2 beds. The balconies are large and fantastic with a couch and chairs. Most have a view of the Arenal Volcano (assuming the sky is clear). The room interior is all wood and very spacious. When we were there last year they were doing major renovations to the rooms, completely replacing the bathrooms. I imagine now they are even nicer. Also by staying onsite you get free breakfast every day. It is probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Fresh squeezed juices, fresh local Costa Rican coffee, local fruits, pastries, and several native dishes like Gallo Pinto are available. It continues to be one of our favorite places we've traveled!

@@hayesbyways346 That is awesome! Thank you for replying. We are going in December with our 1 year old and we want to do a day or two in Arenal, Trying to decide between Trabacon, Baldi and The Springs,
@ I have heard Tabacon is more "adulty" and not as kid friendly, but don't have any first hand experience with it. Baldi was pretty kid friendly. They have a Baldi Kids section with the big funnel slide and a splash area that has fountains and small slides. There are 3 other water slides in a larger pool as well. Baldi is definitely adult friendly too, with several swim up bars and a few pools that stay open late into the night playing dance music. Neither are located in town, so if you want to go into La Fortuna for restaurants or shopping, you have to drive. It's only a few minutes away but just an FYI. We were also able to book an excursion to the Mistico Hanging Bridges through Baldi and they picked us up at the front desk. Great experience, also very kid friendly, and well worth the time and money.
glad you all had fun, love the water slide
Did yall stay there? How were the rooms?
