Even though these videos are 7 years old these are helping me so much, the other tutorials are complicated and hard to understand but yours seem so easy to understand

Great tutorial - how you explain things in detail without complication is very valuable. Love how in this one you show what happens when not in "Edit Group" mode - it helps to keep one from learning by making mistakes! Best SketchUp Tutorials I have found. Thanks!

Hi Brooke, as I am learning more & more in Sketchup, I wanted to revisit this video from yester-year. YOU just made me realize that I was having some issues with push pull not always deleting both faces because as I selected the face and dragged and it would not always delete both faces, but instead it was creating a "box" ( which you demonstrated) and you made me understand it WAS BECAUSE I WAS NOT IN THE EDIT GROUP MODE...duh, Thanks so much for this older still but great tutorial!

It's not about edit group mode genius, it still doesn't work for me.

I made it work though, yesterday, but idk how, it's not about edit grouping.

Brooke thanks for this video! when I'm trying to use the pull and push method to cut out the walls, it doesn't seem to work for some reason. Why is that?

thanks for sharing these. they are actually very helpful. I'm just wondering how you orbit while having other tools. How do you do that?

Love these tutorials, but why am I still getting the box even when I am in the edit group mode?

Thanks Brooke. Perhaps it's more complicated if the walls are not 90 degrees designed and their direction don't always match the axes, isn't it?
