    Thanks for all your super informative videos. When you mentioned ROI of 3-4% or 6-8% (based on tier), was this the ROI after expenses? I assume it is, but after discussing ROI you went on to talk about expenses. Have these average ROIs changed since you created this video? And, finally, how does this compare to similar Phase 1 properties? Thanks!

      Hi Eric - sorry for the super late reply here. Yes, the ROI I mention is "true net" after all expenses but does not factor any financing or mortgage into the equation. Hope this helps. Happy to jump on a call if you want to chat about it.

    How about the "Hilton whistler resort & spa"? Is it belongs to phase 2?

      Hi Tony - The Hilton Resort & Spa is actually a Phase 1 but it operates similarly to a Phase 2 because the way you have to pay a percentage each night to use your unit makes it so that you'd automatically limit how much you'd personally stay there due to the cost.
