Never had Armadillos or moles but I did have a bad infestation of grubs 13 years ago. End up tearing up the whole lawn and putting down sod. They would have had a festival on my lawn back then and maybe saved my back from tearing it up lol :)
I applied GrubEx to my yard early in the evening and got it watered in. Returned home late at night and found what looked like June Bugs flying around my yard. Is this a good sign? Turf was still cool from the water obviously so I don't know if that has something to do with it. Maybe I applied this stuff right at the nick of time, or the June Bugs aren't liking the GrubEx which would be a good thing. Not sure if I need to do something about the June Bugs.
GrubEx should take care of June Bugs. I'm guessing when you activated the product with water they didn't like it, which is a good thing. Would be interested to hear about the long term results.
@@TheLawnShark that was my guess. I also noticed it was the part of my yard with plants, so maybe that is attracting them as I did not see any on the side yards or backyard. If they are trying to lay eggs I'm guessing the GrubEx will take care of that.
Ha! Don't worry, they are harmless and nocturnal. I have only seen them twice in the early morning and once late at night, but they do like to tear up the yard. They just have a hard shell around them. Just remember you are moving to Tennessee, there is a good bit of wildlife out here, but nothing dangerous. 😜👊
“My preferred method is frowned upon in the neighborhood.”
Just say it Dino, you prefer to underwear grease wrestle them into submission.
You know me well! 😂
Good video, I will give it a try this Spring.
Great info! Thank you! Ill be sure to do this in the Spring!
Great!
Can we do this in November? Please help!
Unfortunately you will have to wait until Spring to do this. It works by killing the larvae and that only happens in the Spring.
@@TheLawnShark thank u so much for the assist! 🤝🏾
@@antoniobrown3219 Anytime!
In the words of Troy Landry, “choot ‘em!”
Haha! I wish!!!

Dang! That would have been horrible! In either case, it works for me to get rid of them, no matter how much people say they are no big deal.

@@josephmenditto9590 Yup, that's why it is best to apply in the Spring when they are laying those eggs.
How this product work ?
Worked fairly well because it got rid of the food supply. Just have to do it in early spring.
What if you have cats and dogs?
Shouldn't affect them. We are just killing grubs to remove the food source for the armadillos and moles and anything else that eats grubs.
🌞Bring out the shotgun and wake the neighborhood up! 😂
That is indeed my preferred method! 😂
OMG... what do they look like?

They are basically a "possum on the half-shell" here in the south.
So the other method is to make Armadillo soup?
Yeah, something like that. Right up until the soup part. 😂
I'd prefer the frowned upon method... 😉🤣😂
Me too! 👊
