I’ve been watching all these videos and can’t get enough of them. These places look dirty and dusty etc but since these men are all such hard workers, I’d actually like to go visit there. Even with all the commotion it makes me want to see it. Anytime there are hard working people present, you just know they’re good people! I’d be honored to visit these areas and spend my money there. They are all such great craftsman and make wonderful handicrafts as well! God Bless them!!!

My comment herein is in no way directed at the workers in this video, but more to the lack of respect to what they do by their employers. some didn't even have footwear!! No safety of any kind whatsoever. At 2.34 you can see the guy offering up the bearing to the housing.. but there's a huge crack in the housing! So no manufacturing standards either.. why? Because that would mean rejecting that unit.. and we don't want that! These guys are probably only paid an absolute minimum for what they do.. probably very long hours too.
And don't even get me started on lathing an unbalanced load without countering.
but kudos to those guys for having to work in such conditions. And shame on their employers, for taking advantage of humans in such a way!!

@@HazardXXX Особенно порадовало отсутствие картера смазки подшипниковых узлов. А то у меня в обслуживании более 170 насосов это кроме огромных компрессоров и у каждого помимо картера есть бочки с уплотняющей затворной жидкостью и на многих не один. Дренажной системы с корпуса насосов тоже не наблюдаю. Технологии вековой давности... Увидели бы они компрессора и приводные паровые турбины размером с пятиэтажный дом сильно бы удивились, что такое бывает, сам раньше офигивал, куда устроился, сейчас как само собой разумеется, чем больше машина, тем надежнее (из личного опыта)...)))

Why is that? The bore diameter is held to a tolerance smaller than the bearing so there is no other retaining required. It’s a press fit bearing. Nothing to pity there necessarily?
@@Jspackman The crack will propagate, and keep doing so until the it reaches another edge. What happens then depends on where the crack went, but it won't be pretty.
