Thank you Ed for posting more images of my homeland. I am very impressed that you single-hand a 48 footer. I have only single-handed my 34 footer once on Saginaw Bay where I keep my boat, although strictly speaking, I wasn't solo. I had my Beagle on board, but she wasn't much help.
Scotland is a beautiful cruising ground. I have set Lia up in a way it's possible to single hand but she's a big boat when something goes wrong! it's still single handing with the Beagle onboard but at least it's stops you talking to yourself!!
Fantastic bit of boat and drone footage, coupled together with a nice journey from morning start to relaxing having a meal in the evening. That is one beautiful looking boat with those black sails are gorgeous :-)
Depends on your definition of 'out to sea'!! I've crossed Biscay a number of times and last summer crossed the Norwegian and Barents seas to get to Svalbard, all in upcoming videos when I get a handle on the editing!
Nice fresh venison - the way to find it tastiest is how it is dressed from the field to the butcher - speaking only as an armchair specialist from watching a great YT video on it. This is a vicarious experience of freedom watching you and Lia navigate about the seas. Wonderful

Great video. What drone was this? I'm still nervous about using mine off the yacht!
It is the DJI mini 2. I have tried the Mavic pro but find the mini 2 easier to land on my own as 'Cine' mode slows it down to catch!
