Another fact to add is that when a seller somehow manages to submit its sales tax return on due date i.e. on 18th day of the month then its buyer will only be able to submit sales tax return on 19th, then its buyer on 20th, then its buyer on 21st, then its buyer on 22 then its buyer on 23 and this gap will go on till the end of the chain. How on earth FBR and the policy makers thought that everyone will be able to submit salestax return on the same date and time? This is humanely impossible

Khurram sahab a point on which this sales tax invoice deletion & disallowance of return submission should be challenged is that when Annex-C's submission was already made compulsory then there was no logic in enforcing the above as it was serving the same purpose
