Out of what tune though? For what? Plenty of guitar genres, and all sorts of other world music, are necessarily flexible from the general chromatic tuning standards. You will need to stick to all that if managing a large orchestra perhaps, in that case however a standard of intervals would need to be necessarily rigid and inflexible... There exists quarter tones also, however music has no rigid intervals in tones really, musical expressions are fully analogue frequency ranges ultimately.
