    Oh will be nice if You upload a fastest and best ideas for automatic manufacture workspace to place vice on the machine table in Fusion with part possitioning in vise.

    Do we need to block up a material before we can be machined it in CNC ?

      It mainly depends on your jaws your holing with. Everything has a tolerance. If they are serrated jaws you could probably get away with a mm or two. If your working with ground flat jaws then yes. You will probably need to get them straight and flat or your billet won't clamp well and might have vibration or worse come loose.
