Good to see you back mate. I remember a long time ago suggesting some type of mansion for the player in Sanctuary. And you said "Nicky boy, that's a good suggestion!" 🤣 And you made the "Mayors House 2.0", which I loved building. But anyway, all reminiscing aside, hope you're doing well
Hahah that’s soo funny, I remember that, it’s been a long time Nicky 😂 maybe I might have to do a new mayors house on this playthrough as well, I’m doing well and I hope you are too!
Absolutely fantastic. And so much better without the repeating music, just nice background game sounds, especially when the generators starting coming online, a nice background hum, reminds me of one of my earliest jobs, in a factory where even on night-shift with only a third of equipment running there was always a hum. Will you stick with the busy look and sound of the many generators when you unlock the larger fusion generator? Personally I would, I think it gives it that real factory vibe.
Hey man, new sub here. Followed after your Taffington boathouse build. I love the ambitious ideas and making them very useful for playthroughs. I agree with some of the others here, I much prefer the video without the repeating music but I get you didn’t have much choice thanks to copyright and then TH-cam not letting you use more than one song. I quite like hearing peoples thought processes when building too. Like things you wanted to do but couldn’t and why. Or your favourite parts of certain builds. I enjoyed your commentary in some of your older videos. I think I’d be nice to hear it some more but I understand that takes more time and effort on your part too so no pressure there. Just to be on the safe side I’d probably just mute in game music all together or turn the volume to 0 to avoid copyright issues Looking forward to your next video dude.
Thanks man I appreciate your feedback and support 🙏🏼 It’s good to see that some people understand the struggle with limitations and copyright issues on here, but yeh I get it 💯 Hopefully if I can generate enough views on here again, I can definitely do more commentary and the stuff I don’t have time for right now, while I have to work fulltime, because I do agree, sometimes there’s things that need to be explained more or tips and tricks that would be best explained in commentary etc. I appreciate the feedback, thank you
I've only been playing Fallout for a few weeks, but I managed to follow your video and build this massive factory. It took many hours, lots of patience, and some questioning of life choices. What is the funky tripod at the end of the water purifiers? Do you actually need the water pumps vs just using the purifiers to collect water?
Haha it was a long lengthy build that’s for sure, you don’t need the pumps, I just didn’t want to run more purifiers down the river, but still wanted to increase the purified water output, so I added those few around the side. I’m not to sure what tripod your talking about? Is it the power pylon that I used to connect the purifiers to the power network?
@@tlkgaming8630 it’s on the last scaffolding past the last purifier before the bridge. Looks small and doesn’t match anything I could find in my inventory. Seems to be wired to the purifiers. You can just see it at 20:03.
@@brianhostetler4380 ohhh that’s a laser turret, which you might not have unlocked yet, depending on your level and science skill, you could put any defence turret there, or whatever you like really.
So if you navigate to miscellaneous in your electrical tab and connect a terminal to the builders, the terminal will tell you what you need for each and every item, for example when you choose lunchboxes for the builders it tells you 3 steel is required for each lunchbox. For the electrical there’s no right or wrong to it you just need to make sure that all of the generators are attached to a line that are attached to the builders and purifiers, so I run cables across the ceiling and connect them like that, if you do have any further trouble with it, let me know man, I’ll see what I can do

@@tlkgaming8630 that’s what I’ve been doing it’s just a very slow and painful process 😅 I’ll keep at it. Keep going with the builds, inspiration for where I want to be at with various settlements 👍🏻
Just because not everyone has unlocked it yet, I think you need to be level 34 and have a high science skill, if I put one in the tutorial, I would have too many people saying what do I do if I haven’t unlocked fusion, you know what I mean, if you have it unlocked, I would definitely recommend putting one in 💯
This is absolutely amazing. I followed along until the very end but can't figure out to wire the hoppers. The conduits are buried in the wall. If I remove the wall I can connect but then I can't get the wall back on. If I spin the hopper to access the conduit the trap door on the bottom is facing the wrong way. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you I appreciate your feedback 🙏🏼 If the wire connection from the hopper isn’t going through the wall, you can always rotate them 180 degrees so there facing the opposite way, this won’t matter because they will still fall on the conveyer belt and travel like normal, please let me know if this helps. I’m sure I placed a conduit behind the hoppers and connected them like that 🤔
