I’d get into that Town Car in a heartbeat. They are dead reliable, I have seen them with 500k miles on them on original engine (not sure the trans will last that long) really easy to maintain just like the Crown Vics and the Grand Marquis. For that one I’d proudly bid up to $1500 if I had it. Top can be replaced or ripped off… although it’s a little project. Find a good hood and trunk lid somewhere and she’s automatically worth at least $4k with that mileage

It was still running and driving although rust was running away with it. The one Randy just saw was loved- it wouldn’t be that clean inside. I’d peel that top off, find matching color hood and trunk, and run it. No rust I could see.

I have a 2004 signature towncar, same color but no vinyl top. Just put a rear mount turbo on it and it makes peoples heads turn. Comfortable and fun, also makes all the right noises

That Town Car is nice! Since Anthony and Papa Bear from Specialty Motor Cars specialize in low mileage examples of old Caddies and Town Cars. This would be a great one for Randy and Mike to restore. Get a new top put on it. Re-tint it and get a PDR guy out to AAR headquarters to take care of the dents. Do some maintenance on it, maybe some new tires and detail it. I think it would be a great candidate for the next year's Power Tour.

Hi Randy and MWM , the Towne cars were not made anymore due to how long they last and the bullet proof motor , limo company's loved them due to low maintenance cost and million plus mile engines , there few and far between these days , probably wouldn't be good content except for taking care of the exterior and cleaning it up , once you drive it your in love , last of the classic land yachts , great content, cracking me up again , thanks for everything , peace

I couldn't tell because of the camera angle but that appears to have the extended rear door because in the inside there is so much leg room and those as you know can't kill those motors me as a retail buyer. It's all cleaned up in this area. It would be worth at least 2k if not more
This is not the L version (there are other ways to tell, I worked on a fleet of these for about 5 yrs) but nonetheless there is tons of rear leg room, the interior is very clean all the way through and the drivetrain is very robust- some of my favorites of the fleet were at 200k and 300k miles, broke in just right like your favorite La-Z-Boy recliner.

My dad was a no maintenance kind of guy. He bought a used 63 Continental back in the day from a no maintenance compatriot beautiful car but I can still smell the oil smoke. If you too the air cleaner off you could see the gas get swallowed up.
I have a 2003 town car with 160000 miles that I paid $4800 for. I love it and it works good for me, so I would at least pay 2500 or even 3k for the tow car.

Saw 2 different late 2000s Town Cars on marketplace a year ago, both 650,000km to 700,000km! It was a limo / rental company selling off old vehicles. Solid vehicles, but derby guys are slowly making them extinct...
I stopped looking at copart usa and moved to copart in the middle east ( Dubai to be exact) man there new vehicles have really high mileage. I found a 2018 toyota camry which used to be a taxi and it had 989,000 km which is 614,536 miles
Did you buy the white Pontiac Grand Am from the earlier video? Once you drive a Town Car you'll never drive a Cadillac again. It's got the 4.6 Crown Victoria cop engine. Don't knock it until you try it 👍🇺🇸😎. I wish I had it.
The Lincoln TC's are great vehicles, second best suspensions in the business? The air suspensions are their biggest issues? Engine's are reliable and rear ends? Can't go wrong for $1K?
FYI: I've owned many Town Cars. The wheel opening chrome is not factory. Ford never offered them. Towing capacity with a full frame trailer hitch is only 2000lbs. Rear frame rails are very very weak on these cars. Under $1000 out the door, including fees, it's a deal.
i have a 1995 executive lincoln and the air bags got a hole in it i tried to replace with a advance replace for 750.00 the computer would not talk to it i ended with springs and shocks
id love to have a town car or grand marquis not so much the police issue crown vic since they're usually beaten to crap when they leave service especially since i dont live in a rural area unfortunately

I had a towncar they can be found cheap! I bought mine for $300 sold it for 3600! It was a 03 signature series.

I like the old Lincoln. The old town cars last forever! You turn off the air suspension anytime you jack it up to keep from blowing the airbags out.
