The Nipomo and Santa Maria are some of the largest ag producing areas around they thrive off the Mexican population. We have Little TJ (Tijuana) across from uppity white neighborhoods that are next to Mexican grocery stores. They have one gang with all different races mixed why because it's a Melting Pot and everyone is cool with eachother in Nipomo. Most homes in Nipomo are also 300k+
