Can't blame Sam if he laughs&giggles at Emilia. She's just a ball of sunshine, so dorky&so funny just to have a straight face. Always flashes that grin that makes you smile as well. She's just Louisa Clark in real life and better.
Emotionally draining. I cried so much yet it was beautiful I loved the book and I loved the movie. It was incredible as it slowly ripped your heart out. Beautiful movie
+lisarm100 I loved that they kept the ending in the book. It was very sad but they stayed true to the book. Yes I wished they ended it happier but it's very raw and true
Stephanie Santiago I'm glad they stayed true to the book too. I was wondering though, why did Will promise his parents 6 months if he was never going to change his mind?
Sam is so lovely and portrayed Will perfectly. The book and movie made me sob like a crazy person and the scene on the beach and what he says... Ahh breaks my heart. But, Sam and Emilia were perfectly cast for these roles and ate such genuinely amazing actors. Glad they made this Film.
I just watched the movie last night and it was the last thing I thought of before sleeping and the first upon waking up. I cried my heart out and Good Lord! Sam Clafllin,- the dimples, the lips, the teeth, the eyes, the hotness, the accent, the everything. I am melting rn.
who's the name of the interviewer lady? I love her. saw her plenty times in Marvel CU movies interviews on TH-cam... and she always asks great questions... she really knows her stuff. great job!
Had nightmares after seeing the film. Even knowing how it ended going in. Hopefully there will be a film out there that shows those of us in wheelchairs as normal people. Not saying that this perspective shouldn't be shown so don't attack me. But this outcome is not the norm for most people and it's films like this that make life hard for us who really are in chairs.
completely agree with u... i also didn't like the ideology that just bcoz he is in a wheelchair he feels he has to end his life... i wud like a film with a positive aspect of ppl in wheelchairs.
i think u have to watch the movie again and again so you would realize the situations of will traynor.he was not just in a wheelchair,,he is suffering pain and hopeless case and getting worst...i would not blame him if he chose to end his life and to see the people who love him are also suffering ,,,of course im not in favor of what he did but i imagine myself if i were in his situation it was really hard ...
I think everybody with any kind of disability has a very different story. Some people have a positive outlook, some others can't live with it. Some must be relatively stable while in Will's case, he was getting worse and worse and it was implied he would not live much longer anyway with the other conditions he had. Maybe the majority of people in wheelchairs are happy, but there are a lot of people with all sorts of disabilities who use assisted suicide (or want to), and it is a very controversial issue, I think it's great that a movie can be made about it and tries to show both sides of the coin. Have you read the book? It really goes into detail and there are a lot of stories about other quadriplegics Lou contacts, you really get to see both sides more than in the movie. I think you'd like it. I also think this movie does a great job of making him seem normal. He starts off as a sour, bitter, miserable person and slowly goes back to his old self and really by the end of the movie, you stop thinking about him as a guy in a wheelchair. Kind of like Lou does.
Yennie Meid it's called "after you" which is literally what you expect. It's boring tho, a cry cry in other scenes but it's more of a headache reading it because of another character.
If anyone wants an amazing film along the lines of Me Before you I highly recommend "Inside I'm Dancing" - its not a romance, but its a beautiful story about people living with disability and its James McAvoy !
He's so lovely! I watched the film the other day and this sounds really naive, but I never really realised how hard being paralysed and confined to a wheelchair was until now and also that it affects 1 in 50 people in the US! It seemed so depressing and humiliating 😔 even the little things like when they went to the racing and those guys helped him with his chair and he looked really uncomfortable and embarrassed. I mean he would feel like he'd lost some of his masculinity too, being so weak and frail and having to have other stronger men help him. At the end (spoilers ahead) I couldn't believe he still wanted to kill himself because I really thought she had changed his mind but then I realised what he was saying was that this was as good as its gonna get for him and I think it was just too painful feeling so frustrated and helpless to see others enjoying their lives and miss his own past. This sounds bad but I understand why he wanted to end the pain.
What people don’t understand about Wills situation is that he has a lot of related ongoing health issues besides being a quad. He is at constant risk of a deadly infection, heart attack or other serious health issues. He would have most likely died in a much more painful way not much later had he not chosen this rather painless death. He was fighting every day knowing that he could never win that fight. He was in pain every single day and the memories of who he used to be were only the cherry on top of the cake.
How can the interviewer sits so normally while Sam Claflin sitting just in front of her. With that messed hair and GORGEOUS SMILE. BEAUTY PERSONIFIED ❤
I adore him and his dimples. :) Anyway, I remember James McAvoy saying it was hard playing someone in a wheelchair as well when he did the movie Rory O'Shea Was Here/Inside I'm Dancing. It takes a lot not to move when all you want to do is move.
that dimple kills me everytime!😍

He was brilliant in Rosie also
Saw the movie tonight. Prepare for your heart to be ripped in half. I actually found this movie more emotional than my frigging breakup! Amazing film.

Rachael Ferguson same! I love the movie so much! Cried so much at the end!
There should be a comment saying you shouldn't watch it if you're depressed.
HE IS SUCH A CUTE CUPCAKE

@@OnDemandEntertainment Can you tell Sam Claflin that his Fans in India await his arrival ?? ♥️😍

Q Bion i know right😭😍
Agree!!
i couldn't agree more.
And then... You see his wedding ring.
the most handsome person in the whole world
with a resemblance of henry cavill
a hot guy with a British accent :))))
Syalinda 9. In a word : Perfect 😊
Robert Pattinson too💗💗😍 in my opinion
And a wedding ring
Syalinda 9. In Catching Fire and Mockingjay 1 and 2 he has an American accent. Not the first HG cuz he ain’t in it
yesss
Can't blame Sam if he laughs&giggles at Emilia. She's just a ball of sunshine, so dorky&so funny just to have a straight face. Always flashes that grin that makes you smile as well. She's just Louisa Clark in real life and better.
HE'S JUST FREAKING BEAUTIFUL.
He's sooooo lovely and kind and handsome!
Emotionally draining. I cried so much yet it was beautiful I loved the book and I loved the movie. It was incredible as it slowly ripped your heart out. Beautiful movie
Did you like the ending? I didn't read the book so I didn't know it was going to end like that. Kinda wish it ended happier.

Stephanie Santiago I'm glad they stayed true to the book too. I was wondering though, why did Will promise his parents 6 months if he was never going to change his mind?
+lisarm100 six months so they get there head around it that's all he was just giving them time to cope
I believe the book was better but the movie was amazing
i just love how he talks and how he smile 😍
2:38 Sam gave the cutest laugh everrrr 😍😍😍
omg yes 😍 i replayed it like 50 times 😂
HE'S BEAUTIFUL...
I read the book, I cried. I saw the movie, I fucking cried like a little baby till I fall asleep no kidding damn
Despite that I knew the ending of the history I was crying and hardly read to the end, Sam and Emilia both are the best.
liv same with me
Please tell the name of the book
I cried so hard at the book’s ending. I finally brought myself to watch the movie and cried still
liv same
Sam Claflin and Emilia Clarke are amazing. They are just soooo good together
and then you se his wedding ring 😣
😫😫
:( His wife is lucky!
+macie47 oh you can say that again!
😭😭😭😭😭
😩😭😭
He's so lovely and cute. I also loved the interviewer
Whoops are not ate.
every time I watch this there is a big smile in my face...
British actors have the most particularly memorable facial features exudes cuteness and puppyness you just want to cuddle them through the day
Yeeees I agree
I love his smile
Every role Sam Claflin has portrayed is just so convincing. Indeed a brilliant actor.

I cried so much while reading the book. I did not want my family to see me crying so I stopped reading for a while. I'm excited to see it later on!
you should also read After You...
I will
I would love to see Sam & Emilia together in a movie again (adaptation of Carla Kelly's book, "The Wedding Journey", perhaps?)
Oh, be still my heart! ♡
Still recovering, Marie! He's amazing
who's the name of the interviewer lady? I love her. saw her plenty times in Marvel CU movies interviews on TH-cam... and she always asks great questions... she really knows her stuff. great job!
That's our Mel! You can see more of her interviews here: bit.ly/29Xf5LE
@@OnDemandEntertainment I misread "That's our ME" at first sight.
I loved their accent! This is a movie you need to watch in its original lenguage!
As Luo said, you get used to subtitles! 😁 love from Argentina

Sam Claflin deserves an award for his brilliant performance in this movie...

***** yes, definitely. There's a second book too but its kinda boring.
+Louise what is the second book about? Is it about how she gets over him and finds new love? Please don't tell me to explore it by myself
Yennie Meid it's called "after you" which is literally what you expect. It's boring tho, a cry cry in other scenes but it's more of a headache reading it because of another character.
