I think I understand what you are saying so blood which is converted from going into the lungs arrives back to the heart as oxygenated blood enters the left atrium from there it is contracted or squeezed into the left ventricle through the biscupid or micortic (if the spelling is correct ). valve where aftier entering the left ventricle it is contracted again and blood is pushed to the aortic valve to the aorta where it is transported to the other organs of the body . Is it true in biology that deoxygenated blood is dark red .Thanks Cxc Biology tutor your lessons make it very easy to understand.I have another question when deoxgenated enters the heart does it pump blood at high/ low pressure

That shows you understand. *Correct spelling: mitral valve (bicuspid valve)The deoxygenated blood going through the right side of the heart is not under very high pressure since blood is only being pumped to the lungs nearby. The left side of the heart is under much greater pressure since the blood is being pumped through the aorta to all parts of the body.
The number of heart beats in a minute depends on different factors like age, gender, activity (e.g. exercise). The average heart rate at rest is between 60 -100 beats per minute.
