getting error "Please note that the refund will be credited only to the PAN linked Bank Account. Please ensure the same." Verified with bank Pan is linked to bank account also account showing valid for refund message..

Every year I am getting refund in the same bank account, but this year failed. Reissue resubmission done on 19/08/24, again mail received failed. Complaint submitted over telephone and showing complaint registered, but reissue status showing on 19/08/24. No refund as on date. What next?

Sir, Pan card not linked wala issue, hotmail me bta rhe the . Lekin sir pan linked hai mera bank account se . Phir jabh itr portal pe login kiya , my bank account khola ussme bhi koi problem nhi thi phir bhi account re validate kiya, ussi din phir refund re issue option click kiya toh bol rha hai ki no refund cancellation. Mein refund Reissue create nhi kar pa rha , please help.

Sir at the time of filing the ITR-1, I had chosen a pre validated SBI saving bank account for refund. Later I transferred the same account to another branch of SBI with same account number but different IFSC. So I immediately updated the details on income tax portal under profile section. But now my refund has stuck due to PAN-Bank Account mismatch. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Hi, I am trying to apply for refund reissue with the same process which you explained but while applying, I am not able to select bank account. I can see my both validated bank account for refund reissue but the selection button is not active ( not able to select) hence cannot proceed further.

@@prashantdevarde21 for me issue is resolved after raising ticket. They fixed the issue.
Anyone facing similar issue, you can raise grievance on income tax portal. Within 3 days they responded saying issue is fixed.
