However, I received an intimation under Section 143(1) indicating a refund amount of ₹9,770, whereas I expected a refund of ₹92,332. Madam, This year probably Computer Glitch - for many taxpayers proper reading of TDS amount mentioned in 26AS was not done by the CPU Bangalore. As a result unnecessary Demand Notices issued. In 26AS the full TDS is mentioned but Demand Notices have been issued on reading/noteing much lower TDS amounts in 26AS. Pls make a video in this matter.

Hello Madam Good Evening I am mutual fund Distributor from Uttar Pradesh ,in 2017 I have taken GST number as it was mandatory at that time. After few months,my CA advice me to file Nil return ,as my annual income was below 20 lakhs (Notification No. 10/2017) I told my CA to cancel the GST registration but that time cancellation process was not started,so I have to wait till cancellation process start. After one year(approx) my GST was cancelled. In this entire period I have filed nil returns ,but I have read that if anybody takes GST number than he will have to pay GST from Rs 1. Madam my annual commission is still less than 20 lakh (from all source such as MF comission + Insurance comission+ FD interest etc) Madam I am confused about this ,will I have to pay GST and penalty for above nil file returns,please clarify me. When filing itr in July 24, I paid tax by clicking "pay now " but in my 143(1) intimation demand for same amount has come. I did response by agreeing to the demand and then attached the chalan got when the payment was done earlier. Still I didn't get further updation whether it is accepted or not. Hello madam I have received refund intimation of 61k and same day I received another mail of 15k outstanding demand of previous years on 19th July I replied to outstanding demand demand as correct and deductible on 20th July but still I have not received any refund till date pls let me know how many days it will take

मैंने 30/07/2024 को रीटर्न भरा था आज 16/08/2024 कों फन्ड वापस आ गया है
पंजीकृत मोबाइल फोन पर एस एम एस मिल गया। इंटीमेशन भी मिल गई। वांछित रिफंड भी एकाउंट में जमा हो गया है।
लेकिन इंकम टैक्स विभाग के पोर्टल पर 9 दिन बाद भी अपडेशन नहीं हुआ है।
इससे बहुत बडा भ्रम की स्थिति विकसित हो रही है।
