you mention to exercise constraint in doing Y's... haha. I've been constraining my cursive practice for decades, now you've opened the floodgates and wow, this is so much fun. I am officially broken free from my old cursive writing to pursue many letter variations. Thank you, thank you so much!

There's really no need for the letter X anyway. It's either a z or a ks, totally redundant letter. Only thing anyone uses it for is marking spots, anyway.
Really beautiful. I am new to this. Been practicing for around 15 min a day. I still find it difficult to write from the arm and stop manipulating from the hand. So as l get close to the end of a line my angles are off. Any suggestions?
Whenever you feel like you're tensing up, lift your own arm up and replace it where it feels comfortable again. That will make everything feel looser and your angles should stay consistent.. good luck
Yes, gels users usually need attention from a nail bar/beauty salon or 'parlo[u]r'. My partner gets her gels removed and new ones affixed to the nail below, joined back to the cuticle, but of course they grow, exposing a gap behind. But there was a pandemic on already at the end of March 2020 when this was made. Premises were obliged to close. That left gels users with a big problem...!
