Nika Sedghi a full-time mechanical engineer living in San Diego, California. She began bodybuilding with Team Titan Fitness & Nutrition since June 18th, 2016.She began an athletic career as a Division 1 NCAA athlete at San Diego State University playing water polo and transitioned to bodybuilding shortly after she graduated.
Nika was on NBC's The Titan Games with Dwyane "The Rock" Johnson & Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge.
