Hey Dan big props from Dublin Ireland mate, your a true Boss with true passion, my brother had a scaffolding company that was earning big time, and had a work ethic like you, Sadly he died this year in January, only aged 34, his name was Alex Foran, I showed him the ropes as I was a scaffolder for nearly 20 years, went on to rigging, off shore, and now I'm just driving a teleporter as I'm getting to old for the game, keep on truckin mate, it's great to see young guys with buckets of ambition and skill to make something GREAT🙏 MUCH LOVE , from Dublin Ireland 💯🇮🇪👍💪
This is so amazing to watch! I work at a timber yard where no money is spent on the yard or the facilities at all. we cry out for the yard to get scraped as we have to drive forkifts and sideloaders through or around literal craters in the ground. We couldnt even get lighting for the yard during the winter and we had to refuse to unload lorries as the lights on the forktrucks didnt work either. I'D LOVE to work in a yard like this that is constantly developing and investing in itself. Amazing content!

How do you manage/delegate the “menial” day to day tasks as to who/which drivers are doing what and when, all the paperwork with regards to the transport side. Are they paper based or online? I think people with small businesses struggle creating effective systems to manage day to day running to free up time to concentrate on the business as a whole and push forward like you have.
In this industry usually paperwork but I’ve seen companies use the likes of trello and onfleet which the office can put tasks on the drivers phone. As well as what role drivers want to do it’s usually based on experience
