The walk through the voices is one of my favorite scenes, and I love that in every single clip that I've seen of it, when the streamer can't quite places the voices, there's *always* someone in the chat helping them to remember the friends they made.
Its been way too long since i played stormblood and backwards, so it really was quite dificult to put some of those voices in place, but by the gods, some of the lines are so iconic, togheter with the va, that no amount of time would make me forget them, and haunscherfant "you are not withouth alies" line is one of these, hearing that makes me weep, because i feel like he is reaching trough the game and speaking to me about life itself.
I like how everybody walks into the first shadow from the past, realizes how many there are still to come and that it's going to destroy them. I also felt bad for not remembering all the quotes. It felt like being a bad friend.
After the gang came back thanks to Emet-Selch and Hythlodeaus, I spent the next five minutes using "/slap" on each of the Scions in turn, then did "/hug" on each afterwards.
What broke me from this part was reading the Status Effect we got as we walked, the one that said: "Walking alone unto journey's end, the burden weighing heavy" because it really hit me deep inside my fear of being alone Also, I don't know why, but I rewatched this walk so many times and I feel heavy, but watching you go through is making me cry hard again
Alisae's line on the walk up about accepting that her experiences should not be ignored because she is who she is because of those experiences is incredibly powerful, and for me might be the most impactful non-voiced line in the MSQ for me.
"They are...they are...aren't they?" That was the moment, the second time a video game ever made me cry. And I can (vaguely) remember playing the Atari 2600 before the original NES came out, that's how long I've been playing video games.
The part where you walk, after Alisae and Alphinaud disappear, kind of reminds me of the beginning of the 6.0 trailer, where WoL is walking alone. I guess that part was this.
"No, I won't give up these experiences. Good or bad, they are mine. They are me!" How is it that the twins are more mature than 95% (rounded down) of retirees I've met?
@@TeruMiyanaga2020 the main issue is changing the script so some things make a bit more sense because speaking in japanese, and speaking in another languege, have diffrent structure, in shadowbringers as example, y'shtola have atleast 2 lines of dialoge but in english all you get is "hm..." wich from my absolute lack of japanese i could guess they wanted to cut on filler lines? a simular thing can be seen on the dark knight quest chain, personally i just wish they would try to be more accuret as opposed to completely rewriting some parts.

Playing in JP with EN subtitles is so jarring to me lol. The subs are really off at times so it takes me out of the moment.
sometimes i feel the same thing too lol. I tried once to change it back to EN voice but I got so familar to JP so no way back QAQ
