I had mild toenail fungus that was just starting to grow so I cut the infected nails as short as I could and sprayed them multiple times a day with Bactine (used to disinfect cuts and piercing holes) and it actually worked. My nails are growing back flat and healthy.

Look into prebiotics and probiotics (shoot for bottles that contain over 50million and have several strands but just one ) Amazon has many and if you can get one that has prebiotic and probiotics that’s a BONUS shoot for eating foods that have good bacteria: natural organic yogurt, kefir, kombucha and kimchi from refrigerated section all have good bacteria ! Annnnnnd bonus for refrigerated pickles (not shelf ones ) which will contain good bacteria as well as they are fermented and fermented foods have good bacteria! Good bacteria will restore your gut biome don’t give up !

Could say: you have to somehow just dry it out completely or make it so soft that it´s easy get it out, but then, take out entire part without bleeding. Grocery list: (apple cider-) vinegar, (dead sea) salt, cerave soapwash, paula´s choice BHA, pure aloevera, pure coconut oil, babywipes. Cook hot water, then make a mix of that stuff, dip in cotton, press it against the ringworm, best is to keep it for 20min on. Then do that for 3 times a day.

I didn’t think it was fungus because I assumed it was solely a thicker part of my skin if it’s not letting the other part of my nail to grow ;;
My fungus is reoccurring and it’s always only my big toenail I have lifting but the nail always grows like that it’s frustrating because nothing helps permanently.
Try buying an electric nail file. Whittle it down until it's basically gone, if it's not hurting your not going far enough. Then apply a topical treatment everyday, refile each week

You have to stop eating sugar, change/clean shoes & socks daily. Fungus love moisture and dark areas and love to feed on sugar just like parasites
