This videoed Trailer Valet has a 'free spin" axle which mine does not. On mine the chain sprocket is part of the axle. So I took the whole thing apart to get at the tire. This (your video) would be better if it mentioned the other type if the other axle... "Axle Gear" numbered #06B45 were shown. Thanks
@@ICTKC Hello! Sorry for the late response, glad you were able to get it fixed. Please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any questions. Thank you!

There is another type of axle which I mentioned in a comment above. "This videoed Trailer Valet has a 'free spin" axle which mine does not. On mine the chain sprocket is part of the axle. Can you show how to take the geared wheel apart.
With the wheel that has the sprocket attached the nuts are welded onto the assembly. So just remove the bolts to split the wheel.

Can change the tire to an 8 inch no flat tire ?
Hello! No, unfortunately, you can only use a 9-inch tire at this time. Thank you!
Can you replace the tires to an 8 inch no flat tire?
You have to buy the whole assembly. Very expensive. Notice how the manufacters dont reply. Very poor customer support.
I have a sq rod approx 2" long that fell out of my outside tire when disassembled & cannot find a video that explains where it goes. Any ideas?? Thx.
Got it!
