The good thing about Raspberry Pi is that not everyone in the world has an HDTV, ie ... you can connect to a very old TV. I see it for that part, surely raspberry over time will grow much more and bring us new hardware, I have a lot of faith to raspberry.

I have the Pine 64 and I am just going to say this. It isn't good at all right now but I am going to wait because nothing is great when it comes out. There are so many issues right now like Android with their touch screen that they provide only works sometimes. But lets see if they stay on it and keep up with it and update it.

I bought the HP laptop for like 350$ with n3710 chip so I can use in the car for excel, heroes 3 and web browsing... It only coped with the heroes part... excel (large file) got it to overheat. Atom runs two websites the most... I bet with the limited resources of a single board it would take 12 min to get windows to start... I will wait for the improved versions in like 1-2 years...

I have been following Adapteva for some time. They have chips with 1k and even 16k processors on a single form. Insane parallel performance.
