How to make Easy Bread Pudding
Milk - 1/2 ltr
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Butter - 50 gms
bread - 6 nos
Egg - 3 nos
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 Pinch
raisins - 15 gms

I tried this with the bread that went crumbly. It came out nice n fluffy and really really soft. Big hit! I can follow your recipe blindly and I'm sure it will be a success!😍😍😍

At what temperature do you bake this in the oven? And for how many minutes?
180 and for 35-40 mins

I had made bread pudding and it is almost the same recipe. Sometimes I add crushed pineapple it it . I only add vanilla (clear) to it. I normally bake it. Now I am going to try to steam it. Thank you fo showing how to steam it.
