Is the resto druid tank healing spec the 856 haste build on Wowhead? It mentions trading some Balance talent points for more single-target throughput in the Resto tree.
Yep, you grab talents that increase the effectiveness of nourish and healing touch, makes it easier to spam onto a tank and it heals for more. Tbh this would only be needed for anub or if you drastically reduce the number of healers your raid is bringing. And rdruid can pump on twins with hot spam and other fights if no disc priest is brought.

@@ebragzyou can still pump even with a disc priest present. I soak for my guild as resto druid and usually top meters. All about the rejuv blanket 😊.
