    Dhanori is messy, unorganised area with no proper roads, electricity and water connections. And they’re asking for 94 lac for 2.5 bhk. I don’t know with what logic salesman is quoting this price. In 95 lac you will get 2.5/3bhk flat is established localities like wakad, bhumkar chowk. The road in dhanori he is talking about is pending since at least 5-6 years with multiple litigations. I visited Dhanori only once last year to see properties there. Amorapolis was quoting 75-76 lac for 3bhk that time. But, I immediately dropped a plan looking at how messy that locality is. Also, Kohinoor really doesn’t offer good construction quality. Visit all their recently delivered projects in Hinjawadi. All have leakage and seepage issues. Only Shapoorji, Nyati, Gera, Raheja are premium builders in Pune which offers good quality and deserve to ask premium pricing.

    Fittings in washroom is very basic, if one want to spend 90L plus, instead of dhanori people can think of kharadi, wakad etc location. Even pride world city price is cheaper than this

    Quoting high too outskirt..Mobility issue will arise....Many other properties are there in same price ...Visited all Goel Ganga properties construction quality carpet area differs what on paper and what is actually

    Don’t buy a flat here. Flat height tiles to sealing is only 8.5feet. They won’t mention it in agreement.
