From day 1 Megan's story was not believable. As a nurse, I definitely did not believe that she was shot in both feet without any broken bones. After I saw the picture of her feet maybe if anything she was hit with bullet fragments after the bullet hit the ground. They are reports that one of the witnesses stated that she kicked out one of the back windows of the vehicle they were in, this idea is more believable because of the way her foot was injured. Also Megan has a hx of domestic abuse, she made a video an incident between her and an ex. She stated that she found out he was cheating and she started beating him up, then ended up in jail. She laughed about it like it was funny. While Megan decided to go on this black women should be protected campaign, she had her friends bullying Kelsey. She even had the nerve to bring up Breonna Taylor's name in her bs. I really hope Tory is found not guilty and sue her ass after all this is over.
So as a medical professional, a pharmacist that did my rotation at a trauma center and that also took anatomy and physiology, I know that fragments can certainly hit the heel or fleshy areas of the side or back of the foot without hitting bones and tendons. Also I think that a surgeon working at a hospital in the second largest city in the nation would be able to distinguish glass from bullet fragments. There should be both a surgical report as well as aftercare records and a summary on discharge. All admissible. Kicking out a window barefooted would have caused deep lacerations and deep cuts. The car was stopped. What evidence do we have of broken widows? Megan has a history of abuse? Seeing as the charge is a simple possession charge and not an assault or aggravated assault, then there must have been some evidence at the scene that gave reason for a lesser charge. From day 1 Megan's story was not believable. As a nurse, I definitely did not believe that she was shot in both feet without any broken bones. After I saw the picture of her feet maybe if anything she was hit with bullet fragments after the bullet hit the ground. They are reports that one of the witnesses stated that she kicked out one of the back windows of the vehicle they were in, this idea is more believable because of the way her foot was injured.
Also Megan has a hx of domestic abuse, she made a video an incident between her and an ex. She stated that she found out he was cheating and she started beating him up, then ended up in jail. She laughed about it like it was funny.
While Megan decided to go on this black women should be protected campaign, she had her friends bullying Kelsey. She even had the nerve to bring up Breonna Taylor's name in her bs.
I really hope Tory is found not guilty and sue her ass after all this is over.

Also I think that a surgeon working at a hospital in the second largest city in the nation would be able to distinguish glass from bullet fragments. There should be both a surgical report as well as aftercare records and a summary on discharge. All admissible. Kicking out a window barefooted would have caused deep lacerations and deep cuts. The car was stopped. What evidence do we have of broken widows?

I’m so happy this is out cause I used to tell all the ppl around me that I had a theory it wasn’t so black and white as tory shot her , she rode the narrative of black women not being protected during a very convenient period in history where it was the best time to do that , instead of live down a story about a love triangle, alcohol, a gun, and someone accidentally winding up shot (all while being attached to roc nation and mainstream spotlight with the savage song on tik tok, white folks were gravitating to her at this point, that is a bad look)
The worst part is if it comes out she lied, the same ppl who went after Tory will make NEW excuses, or reasons to not hold themselves accountable, “she was still harmed” will be the moving of goal posts. The ones who wanted to wait for more facts getting told they “hate black women” SMH.
If the prosecution really had a case against Tory with major evidence, then this shit would’ve been wrapped up and done with by now; that’s another thing that’s very telling….and along with the fact he’s also kept the same energy with maintaining his innocence. If he really did it, he would’ve owned up to this shit by now and/or his lawyer would’ve advised him to own it as well. I really believe Tory didn’t shoot her and she’s left out a lot of details to save her own ass

Sequence of events In my opinion, tory is smashing both friends on the low, they all get drunk at the party, and the truth comes out, kylie who was flirting with tory at the party too kicks meg out for being too drunk and jealous, meg and kelsey confront each other and probably get into a physical fight inside the car over tory and whatever backround issues they already had, meg beats kelseys ass, and gets out of the car, leaves the door open, kelsey flips out in a blind rage trying to get her revenge, grabs torys gun, tory tries to wrestle the gun away from her and the gun goes off, hits the ground, fragments from either the ground or the bullet go into megs foot, and when she turns she sees tory holding the gun that he took from kelsey, her being drunk and belligerent decides it was tory who pulled the trigger then they all panic and get back in the car to try to get away from the scene so they dont get in trouble for firing the gun in the first place
Tory would have gun shot residue on himself if that happened... Tory probably grabbed the gun after it had been fired

If he is found not guilty, and we get proof that she knowingly and willingly lied about this man to destroy him then I think her career will take a huge hit. Or, Megan's injury was actually from a glass and not a bullet. Possibility, they were fighting over the gun and it accidentally went off, but that does not mean a bullet hit anyone. An ME needs to take the stand and confirm her injury was caused by a bullet or glass. Then we can go from there.
I’ve said this before, Tory is protecting Kelsey 1 because she’s a woman and 2 they had relations. And Megs team told her to say Tory cuz they knew he wouldn’t throw Kelsey under the bus. Megs team didn’t want the narrative that Meg stole her friends man and got into a fight to come out, and they were not expecting this to go to trial cuz Meg wasn’t pressing charges. They just thought they’d accuse Tory and continue with the narrative. But LAPD said nah. Now Meg has been MIA since the trial no Christmas posts nothing.

I dislocated my ankle and middle toe. I was limping for literally 2 months. Now imagine being shot in the foot but still be able to walk and twerk right after. Meg’s story is BS.
I had invasive surgery on my feet and could still walk the next day it is possible
