In this village in Meghalaya, everyone is called by a unique whistling tune! This is the village of Meghalaya, Kongthong, where every person has his individual caller tune. Each person in the village has a name and a unique tunne and this village is also known as the whistling village of India.
This village has a tradition where the mother composes music or tune for their children known as "Jingrwai iwabei" in the local languge.
