One thing you might want to do is upgrade your CDL. Get an Enhanced CDL. This declares your citizenship and background status with the U.S. government. It kind of helps grease the border clearance process.
Hey Natalie, I understand you needing a bond to travel THROUGH Canada north to Alaska..... this is because you are not clearing the goods into Canada at your original point of entry. The bond garrantees that your goods pass through Canada. But to do cross-border loads in itself doesn't mean you need to be bonded. I've done cross-border for over 25 years.
Glad you made it back safe from Alaska! Thank you for the video and all the info to all of us!

Hello Natalie I’m curious since you’re bonded now do you charge more per mile or a additional charge or both to go to Canada
charge additional to go to Canada
Seems like with all the costs and time involved. Your profit level would be minimum.
Think so
Bottom line after all the costs involved. Did you make any money on that trip to Alaska?
I run for free
Yea, Natalie is a bonded carrier.
