thank God for this song. So many triumphant songs which is good, but what do you do when all attempts to breakthrough don't seem to work. To the 50% of the church who bounce out of bed and into church and life, who feel His presence easily, who always seem to know what to do and where to go... don't forget there's another 50% to whom all of those things are a gigantic struggle. We prayer the prayers, we confess the biblical truths, we show up every Sunday and every prayer meeting and every working bee and still we feel like we are climbing Mt Everest just to live. Having just left my dear friend's funeral, I sit here w/ a full, yet broken, heart. Not over him; as a Christian, I rejoice knowing I will see my brother in Christ again. Remembering how he supported me after I lost my 13 y/o son, and the devastating events surrounding that time that nearly broke me .. my grief is so strong. I'm thankful for this song. It helps remind me that I have three more little boys who need their mama so to hold on and be present for them. 💔

My mother passed away in November she was 54 years old, she had gotten very sick and made it threw the disease but in turn became a drug addict for a very long time. That's what ultimately ended her life. And though we didn't always see eye-to-eye and we didn't have the best of relationships, I wish that I could have shared the song her. I don't know that it would have helped, I don't know that she would have listened to me, but it reminds me of her. And now as I sit in her car awaiting my work day. I am balling my eyes out. Missing her and all the things I could have said or done.

So weird as a random recommendation. Going through a nasty time of my life. Getting divorced even though I thought we were working it out. Turned out, she's already with someone else and never even bothered to tell me. Calls herself a Christian woman, and says she's done nothing wrong. It crushed me. And the one person in the world that should have laughed in my face, was my first wife... The mother of my children. She saw me one day and instantly knew that I wasn't all right. She intervened and truthfully probably saved my life. We've been closer than the past 6 months then we ever were in 14 years of marriage. This song gave me hope.

He has put an amazing woman in my life. I wasn't even looking. I'd pretty much given up and resigned being single for the rest of my days after two failed marriages over a period of 19 years three bad relationships with narcissists, I guess I have a type, over the past 23 years. She exemplifies what a Christian woman is in every way. I never thought I could ever feel so loved, so respected, and so admired by anyone. I didn't fall in love with her I grew to love her with God's hand guiding me. And it all started with a smile and a hello. She and I have both lived parallel lives. Her ex was just like both of mine. we are so eerily similar and our personalities match almost perfectly. We laugh and joke about how we could be twins. Our birthdays are on the same day although we're seven years apart. I'm taking her on our first date Friday night. I was holding out telling her where I wanted to take her. Last night I slipped up and told her. She started crying and said, "You actually listened as we talked and you knew how much I wanted to go to this place". Her faith is stronger than mine because mine's been shaken and rattled quite a bit more than hers. But she's going to hold my hand every step of the way just to let me know that neither God nor she will ever leave my side. Short of having my children, she's literally the best thing to ever happen to me. And I'm excited for God's plans for both of us.

thank God for this song. So many triumphant songs which is good, but what do you do when all attempts to breakthrough don't seem to work. To the 50% of the church who bounce out of bed and into church and life, who feel His presence easily, who always seem to know what to do and where to go... don't forget there's another 50% to whom all of those things are a gigantic struggle. We prayer the prayers, we confess the biblical truths, we show up every Sunday and every prayer meeting and every working bee and still we feel like we are climbing Mt Everest just to live. Thanks Bethel and the team for giving us hope to just keeping going.

Having just left my dear friend's funeral, I sit here w/ a full, yet broken, heart. Not over him; as a Christian, I rejoice knowing I will see my brother in Christ again. Remembering how he supported me after I lost my 13 y/o son, and the devastating events surrounding that time that nearly broke me .. my grief is so strong. I'm thankful for this song. My mother passed away in November she was 54 years old, she had gotten very sick and made it threw the disease but in turn became a drug addict for a very long time. That's what ultimately ended her life. And though we didn't always see eye-to-eye and we didn't have the best of relationships, I wish that I could have shared the song her. I don't know that it would have helped, I don't know that she would have listened to me, but it reminds me of her. And now as I sit in her car awaiting my work day. I am balling my eyes out. Missing her and all the things I could have said or done.

I suffered depression and wanted to end everything.. i realized I'm in the dark but i also realized that i wasnt made for this i should be in the light. I chose to believe how God sees amd how he really feels for me. I chose faith which gives me hope and that hope help me keep going. Its all in the head and i believe that God have given us power to defeat all demons. We just have to believe who we are we are Gods children we are a warrior!Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength they will run and not grow weary they will walk and not be faint!

So weird as a random recommendation. Going through a nasty time of my life. Getting divorced even though I thought we were working it out. Turned out, she's already with someone else and never even bothered to tell me. Calls herself a Christian woman, and says she's done nothing wrong. It crushed me. And the one person in the world that should have laughed in my face, was my first wife... The mother of my children. She saw me one day and instantly knew that I wasn't all right. He has put an amazing woman in my life. I wasn't even looking. I'd pretty much given up and resigned being single for the rest of my days after two failed marriages over a period of 19 years three bad relationships with narcissists, I guess I have a type, over the past 23 years. She exemplifies what a Christian woman is in every way. I never thought I could ever feel so loved, so respected, and so admired by anyone. I didn't fall in love with her I grew to love her with God's hand guiding me. And it all started with a smile and a hello. She and I have both lived parallel lives. Her ex was just like both of mine. we are so eerily similar and our personalities match almost perfectly. We laugh and joke about how we could be twins. Our birthdays are on the same day although we're seven years apart. I'm taking her on our first date Friday night. I was holding out telling her where I wanted to take her. Last night I slipped up and told her. She started crying and said, "You actually listened as we talked and you knew how much I wanted to go to this place". Her faith is stronger than mine because mine's been shaken and rattled quite a bit more than hers. But she's going to hold my hand every step of the way just to let me know that neither God nor she will ever leave my side. Short of having my children, she's literally the best thing to ever happen to me. And I'm excited for God's plans for both of us.

It does matter the years it took you to find the key to your heart, what matters is that you found it and thus more reasons to give thanks (Philippians 4 says DO NOT WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING BUT PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING, MAKE YOUR REQUEST KNOWN TO GOD WITH THANKGIVING) even tears are counted as prayer to God. Thank you so much for sharing your story...it might help someone not to give up on the plans that God has for them. We love you guys and may the ALMIGHTY GOD's love continue manifesting in your lives and may it be that His voice be the loudest you hear and the one you are most sensitive to.
