Imagine all these hundreds of years since it's founding... all the things that have exchanged hands. It's unfathomable. Truly one of the greatest monuments of both European and Asian Imperialism. Walking through this place is to be a part of history. Thanks Naick and Kim for bringing me back!
Yes, literally hundreds of years of history in one market place 😮 when we were walking the bazaar, I was wondering what it would have been like to be there 100, 200, 300, ... years ago. When there were no lights, no fancy displays like today or anything like that. It is one of our favorite markets we have ever been 😏
I used to work in the bazaar for almost 5 years it’s such a good place and met a lot of good people from different cultures and made international friends from a lot of different places on earth ..glad I had to experience that and still exporting merchandise like lamps and bags and Tshirts from grand bazaar to my friends .definitely a place you should consider visiting whenever you in Istanbul!
Istanbul is one of my all-time must-see destinations before I die and the Grand Bazaar is a huge part of it. The exotic scents and extreme high quality of the merchandise on display is beyond stunning. Thanks for this amazing tour. 💗
Hi, this is a hello from Taiwan again. Congratulations that you arrive in Turkey finally. I enjoyed my vocation in this country very much , where I visited in 2018 .
OMG!! I was laughing out loud with the barber experience 🤣🤣 that was soooo coool! We saw the results and that was a big change! Walking through the Grand Bazaar is a big experience, you can spend literally a whole day just walking around and discovering cool spots. I remember my first time in the Spice Bazaar my nose was trying to grab all the scents coming from everywhere, everything was so new and different that it was like ab explosion of emotions 😅 Can’t wait for the foodie video!! My favorite ones! 😍😍
I laughed so much when we were at that barber shop Bery. The barbers were super nice. I was trying to film as much as I could while Naick was in the chair and every time something special was about to happen like the fire being used the barber would be like 'lady, lady, here'. That was my sign that I had to pay attention and come film haha 😂 that bazaar was one of the coolest places we have ever been. The food video is coming mid next week. Just finished filming it today 😍
You guys!!! Now we’re planning a trip to Istanbul! We love love love the grand bazaar. Thank you for showing it in Covid times, it’s very reassuring - great work x
Thanks for your video, things I learned in high school history and geography classes seem to just jump out of the books. Also, thank you Naick for your sacrifice! Now I know that they serve BBQ ears in Turkey’s barbershops.
Yes, this bazaar is sensory overload in every way. We absolutely loved it! Istanbul is quickly becoming one of our favorite cities we have ever been. It has everything, great food, great scenery, great people, both traditional and modern neighborhoods. We'll be doing a Turkish food tour in the next video. We just filmed it actually and we are *F-U-L-L* haha :D
What a beautiful and historical bazaar of Istanbul where you are walking. The main reason to see your videos regularly is that I think that I am also visiting with you good luck my friend much more love kisses and prayers for you both

I bought those little sauce bowls for 1 lira each (smaller than the bowls you bought). It was not in the Grand Bazaar, but at a local shop on a side street.
We just got back from our cruise. One of the stops we had was Istanbul. We had the chance visiting the spice market. Wow….. we were very impressed. It’s a place we will never forget. Hope we can go back there one day.
Oh i am so jealous ...Grand Bazaar would be my first stop too! It's been on top of my list for so long 😫...I laughed so hard with Naick at the barber, you need to treat yourself too Kim! Lovely locals you totally sold it to me even though it was already top of my list! I love the lamps...you should get it(if there's a will there's a way!...just get it as you leave...🤔 💡) oh my god i love that first laughing tea "eucalyptus 🍵" i would dig that one!😋🥰👌 Love the editing and funny enough talk to the hubby yesterday about skill share 😄😉 ✔👍 i will use your link! Hi. Such a colourful market. Glad you finally made it into turkey and giving us a chance of virtual tour into the lands of Istanbul. It was unfortunate that you had to leave India in happhazzel manner due to covid. I wish that one day you return to India and get to experience the beauty. Happy travelling and stay safe dear❤️

Oh, it was over too soon! I’d be overwhelmed but it was beautiful. Not sure I would have gotten out of the spice vendor sections without spending a bunch :). This was so interested and well filmed. Thanks for taking us along. And Naick, you look great ;).
I bought some traditional Scrub mitt for exfoliating body. They called it Kese and brand was 'Lavis' Highly recommend you, I couldn't believe the dirt that came out of my body with the it.
Ok that was the most fascinating haircut I’ve ever seen. So naick what was the deal with lighting your ears on fire? Was it to melt the remaining wax?!?!

It would be interesting and helpful to know how much you paid for the haircut, doner-kebab etc. Do you haggle when you buy food? Are there price tags and priced menus there?
I am at Istanbul for the first time and it's hectic. Shopping makes me mad. I've never seen so many at a time in the world 😳. The spice shop is the worst compacted place, iyooh!! Anyway, I am enjoying it. Staying at the Hilton hotel next to Istanbul University is a plus. Will visit the sea ...bonjour

伊斯坦堡的大巴扎市集有至少 58條室內街道和 4000多間商鋪,是世界上最大、最古老的市集。
雖然我不喜歡議價,但那裡的老闆看起來十分熱情好客,臉上都笑咪咪的,倒杯子老闆最有趣;
燈飾真的好漂亮,色彩繽紛;那杯咖啡看起來好好喝,一定是濃醇香;蜜蠟除毛的技術超厲害;
