I passed my PMP on 16th. Thanks for sharing the mindset for questions. Unfortunately, I did not got any formula questions and only one drag and drop. 90% agile questions
Hello, I passed my exam today and I only studied your udemy training and book. Its more than enough..even your mindset docıments are priceless..Thanks for your effort..❤❤
Thank you for the video. I feel at times you just give any reason to reject the other 3 options when the answer is selected. For instance Q29 option 3, you say that there is nothing about risk, the issue already happened. But the question is what step PM "should have taken". There are other reasons why option 3 is incorrect, but not that "its not a risk because is already happened".
Hey Andrew! I had a doubt in Q 30, developer has encountered the problem during the sprint so will we not take inputs from other team members first before going to to the product owner making the answer B?
Hi Andrew, Is your simulator updated till now? I plan to schedule exam in next two month after successfully completed your simulator. How much question covered in your simulator?
hi Andrew, great questions btw. I'm just confused at question #30. It seemed as if the question is referring to a single individual when it says "a developer". If it is, could it be possible that that individual is the only one who's confused and not the whole team? making B the answer?
For Q30 answer B and answer D is not "fully" correct in most cases. B says the team does it w/o Prodcut Owner. D say its the Project Manager with the Product Owner. Normally its both the PO and the team looking into the stories and defining the Acceptance Criteria. AR said it the team around the PO that defines the criteria. However that is the same team that will perform the work in the end. So answering this question - It basically comes down to Who is higher ranked in taking a decision. And here the PO acts on behalf of the customer. So a PO alone with proper knowledge could do it whereas the team alone could not do it.
I personally don't like when you say that a certain question was hard or easy. Everyone is different and we all perceive statements and questions differently. #25, for example. I didn't understand that you were asking what the PM can do while the project is not allowed to move forward yet. I thought you were asking what the PM can do to provide more information to the environmental review group.
For me the question 25 reads, you are leading the project and the authorities require you to provide an environmental assessment. Its nowhere statet that the authorities do it nor we, the project, do it. So its fair game to assume that answer A is a valid answer giving the most value - working on the current deliverable - the env. assessment. Everything else seems a bit of a waste before its not clear if the project is to continue.
Thank you Andrew. I passed my PMP yesterday. It was amazing journey and you were also part of it. Appreciate your work. 🎉❤

Thanks for clarifying.
