I did this but I used a double rod ceiling mount bracket.. 1 for the liner, 1 for the curtains .. I use 2 regular curtains instead of 1 for extra fullness

1) Iron a fabric shower curtain so it’s not creased
2) curtain needs to fall inside the bathtub so water doesn’t run down it and onto the floor
3) if the curtain had a liner that does fall inside the bathtub the outside curtain shouldn’t sit in the floor.

I like the ceiling rod idea, however, think a different color rod (white like the ceiling, would be a cleaner look); I didn’t see black fixtures on the sink, shower, etc so not sure why a black rod was used
