Enjoying this. My biggest gripe with most gyms is they don't spend enough time on the fundamentals and instead drill multiple submissions I'll end up forgetting by days end.
This is a common problem at some BJJ schools unfortunately. It's just a shotgun approach. Teaching one random technique after another without any structure. I try to structure my lessons into "blocks" or "evolutions", taught over Mutiple weeks, so students get plenty of time to absorb what's being taught.
