Philosophy of success:
Success has many definitions, as per various cultures, societies and individuals. In some respects Success invariably depends upon the societal acceptance, For eg:like Film making,Business or Enterprise. However, there is another definition of "attending ones personal calling". It is simply following one's "IKIGAI(our reason for being)". Sometimes Failure & Success are difficult to discern. To illustrate Satya nadella after failing in civil services exam, decided to settle in IT sector. And now he is CEO of Microsoft. Similarly, Dr APJ Abdul kalam initially failed to secure the job of Pilot in IAF but later in his career, he is Supreme commander of armed forces. So here the bottom line is Sometimes Failure can be Blessing in disguise, if u know ur IKIGAI. And finally we should allow failure to teach lesson, rather than defining us. (This is my reflection on Philosophy of Success. And ur illustration of "Compounded Luck" is something that needs to be appreciated in present times, given it's competitive nature.)
