Hello Karen! I believe this was a regular aftermarket rear bumper but we can get you a CAPA bumper if you request it. The CAPA parts all have a unique hologram sticker and unique number on the back. Please chat with on our website or give us a call at 281.561.5300
Hello! Depending on the damage, yes. There are brackets for the bumper to clip into under the taillights and on the quarter panel. You can replace these brackets/retainers for about $30, they just bolt on the car. If the tabs are broken on the bumper, you can try to snap them in, buy a new bumper, or find a shop that can plastic weld the tabs on the bumper. I hope this helps and thank you for watching!

How do you guys ship bumpers? Was gonna go with another company before seeing you guys. Apparently they fold the bumper causing creases and paint chipping upon delivery.

If The slots that the upper bumper need to fit into and bent, can that be repaired with pliers or is a shop visit needed?

The gap in the right side rear bumper wasn't there before the removal. Hopefully the customer wasn't charged to repair that.
