My mother in law gave us a nativity scene last year. I put it up on Facebook marketplace for $13 with the title "ceramic jewish figurines with livestock." My wife was not pleased😂

I really appreciate this videos….I’ve been a Christian since childhood, over 35 years. I deconverted in the last year. Topics like this have always been so confusing…You approach it with such simple clarity…Can’t believe I was so confused for so long 😢

16:50 - "This satanic imagery is used to represent the Church of Satan"
Just a quick correction for you... It's The Satanic Temple, not the Church of Satan.

I’m a Buddhist living in Taiwan, and we celebrate Christmas quite happily. Christmas is alive and well and living where it should: in the living room, once a year, with gifts for my kids. As for nativities - I don’t mind. As long as no one interferes with Buddhist symbols and displays.

All religious organizations should be required to pay: federal, state, County and property taxes. They should be required to do bookkeeping.
      _______
What do they spend their money on: lawyers, lobbyists, campaign donations, payments for lawsuits p*dophile priests and their accomplices, bribes, retirement, life insurance, travel, building and maintenance, landscaping, vehicles --food and shelter for themselves, stock markets, vacations, advertising, building insurance, healthcare for themselves and such?
      ________
Religion is a means and ways of money laundering.

Many Businesses do not want to put nativity scenes on their property because they know the population, their clients especially, may react badly and not do business with them thus affecting their cash flow.

Whenever someone tries to talk to me about the 'War on Christmas', I point out that the first attempts to ban Christmas celebrations were enacted by the Puritans of England and the American Colonies, who held the celebration to corrupt and pagan (they were right about the 'pagan' part.) Some went so far as to forbid shops from closing on Christmas Day.

Here's a basic spiritual thing,...no proper teacher goes to any student. The students seek them and come to them. The proper teacher hides to make it difficult. This way, they do not deal with anyone who is not actually looking for knowledge.

Oklahoma schools are losing funds because people can get public funds to send their children to religious schools. It drains funds from the public schools, so the current #49th state in public education is working to become #50. Go Oklahoma! 🤪

Lack of knowledge is not an excuse. The correlate for Dec 21 - 31, is hexagram # 47 in the I-Ching (legge trans). 7,000 years old minimum. It is also known as the dry well,..and the following ten days are the fruitful well. # 48 explains why 8 reindeer,...very old, and not very commonly known. It is time for the return of wisdom.

The only reason it is so hard to do, is because we are not taxing the churches,...we are financially and legally supporting them..the exemption should be for monies that go directly to charity, not buildings, savings, or salaries. if we do not do this,.. it will get much worse before it gets better..we are "feeding the bears" ...@@dianahill5116

Christmas is celebrated as a secular holiday by many people (including me)... Santa and Reindeer are perfectly OK... yes, get rid of DIRECT religious symbols from public displays, land, and buildings, but don't be jerks...

Christmas is not about a magic invisible god in our house. Its about a magic invisible Santa - you better watch out, you better not pout ect ect. The same as the easter bunny is for good girls and boys. I miss my kids being kids - the tooth fairy is another kids idea. Dont frk over our kids and there magic santa era. It doesn't last long. Cheers thanks mate
