On my RS-540 I power down and manually move the heads to the left and clean them then the docking station. The heck will all that pushing buttons, remove cover, push another button etc.
Hello,, Can you please help me out. My friend has the same printer with USB connection and when he opens Versaworks it detects the printer but as soon as he presses verify to add the printer. A messages pops that the current version does not support your ink type? He is using version 5.51 and ink roland eco sol max. Can you please tell me what's he doing wrong? Thanks a lot
on my Roland SV540 I keep getting and error that is saying "close cover L, dry up may damage the head" I have taken the cover off several times and put it back on. I still get the error. I cant click any of the buttons besides the power button. Does anyone have any suggestions or help??

FYI. Powerful cleaning is bad for the head so use only as last resort.
I just had my print head replaced, now magenta is not firing , how can fix this
is there a way to clean just the cap?
