Oslob Whale shark Watching | Kawasan and Tumalog Falls | Sumilon sandbar | Is the tour worth it?

Welcome to another video from the Philippines.
We decided to buy a tour and go to see whale sharks in Oslob. We were thinking a lot before buying this tour as it is not cheap and need to get up very early to go. The pick up time was 3AM because from Mactan to Oslob it takes 2.5 - 3 hours and the activities start at 6AM. The place is always crowded.
We bought the tour from Tripadvisor. The cost of the tour for two people was 310$. It was a private tour so we had our private driver and a tour guide in Oslob. They were super nice, helped to take care of our items, took us everywhere and took a good care.
The only thing that I will mention for you to know is that the road is very bumpy and if you are easy to get car sick the trip might not be for you. Koro is not someone who feels car sick but he was also feeling very uncomfortable.
I was feeling terrible because of the road and after we came back it literally took me a day to recover. Coming back took longer so consider at least 4-5 hours on the road.
The experience of swimming with whale sharks is great but there are too many people so you cannot see much if you're not a good swimmer. You're gonna be stuck at the boat like me haha.
As there are too many people you will end up waiting 3-5 hours. We waited 5 hours. They will take you to Tumalog falls, Sumilon sandbar, you can have your breakfast and lunch while you wait. But it's tired, yeah. Swimming with whale sharks takes 30 mins then you go back.
From Oslob to Kawasan falls 1.5 hours. We didn't book the canyoneering although I thought it includes. If your tour doesn't include it costs 2100pesos at that place (per person).
The only person who asked for tips was the last tour guide in Kawasan falls, so take a note for this. You can give as much as you wish.
Make sure to take
1. Your own snorkeling equipment
2. Waterproof bag
3. Waterproof phone case
4. GoPro or rent there for 550 pesos
And any other necessary things.
