Don’t believe me? Lawrence wrote a book titled “The Seven Pillars of Wisdom” (hence this song’s title), and somewhere within its pages there is a brief mention of one Hassan Charaf. That’s him. That’s my great-grandfather.

Fun fact for everyone:he died to motercycle wreck swerving and hitting a brick wall two years after ww1, his death is what pushed for people to wear helmets while driving machines with open tops
@@Falls628 nope, he died in motorcycle crash he owned 10 of the then fastest bikes over a curve there were children riding bikes on both lanes, he swerved to avoid it he got launched over his head hitting the ground very hard, he would die 4 days later to his injuries

E. Lawrence became suicidal, even in his death the press called it "avoidable" this guy deserves so mich respect so i really respect sabaton for relighthing the stories of many heroes
