A great reminder that quality studio work, requires a lot of knowledge and practice. May appear to be easy, but only if you have perfected technique, understand lighting and have a range of creative props at your disposal. Great video from an excellent photographer and teacher!

I tried and tried and failed miserably the only difference ( I thought ) was I used a 105mm macro . I could not make out if this ends up as a 3 light set up , 6 hours and nothing .
Good one. When i saw the video today, i went "F14???? WtH Andrew??". True story. I must be running out of time and lazy to kick the lights nearer. You deserve a gift for spotting that and also learn well on "Always true stops" mantra. Drop me an email. I aint joking. - Andrew

The glass one is not traditional still life. it's just a picture of glasses. Traditional still life shows depth as well width and height.
