    Morag McCall
Barclays started focusing on continuous improvement in enterprise-wide agility and DevOps in 2015. As per the Theory of Constraints, focusing on the biggest constraint to flow, we have been shifting left in the end to end value stream, into Portfolio Management and the PMO teams. In this talk, Jon and Morag will share experiences and lessons learnt on 'Lean Portfolio Management' and agility in the PMO.

Great case study. The critical observation for me is at 17:35 where Morag says "I knew I needed to get a better understanding of how agile and DevOps can enable faster delivery within in organisation". I think without that realisation and acceptance in PMO then things won't change very quickly.

So true in my organization, for us is the next wave to reduce that 40% that believes that the PMO should be abolished
