I have a question... I felt some difference in the guards that come with this clipper. There's a gap between the guard's teeth and the clipper blade's teeth. So especially with the #1 guard (0,5 or A), it was nearly impossible to remove the line from the no guard open lever cut. I had to go to my Wahl 0,5 guard to do that. By the way, the Wahl Premium guards get a little loose on this blade. Am I the only one who's felt that?

I got 1856 and 2796. Both are really good, can't go wrong on either. But, 1856 has much lower run time and blade is thicker, so it doesnt cut as close. 2796 is same as 1858, but 2796 comes with 2 swappable blades, both blades are good. I love the fade blade on them, they cut sooo nice and close.
