In the combo 2 if you use Saronir to send regained you can set it and after you negate with Varudras you can revive Dispater

What can I use instead of lubellion?

Unfortunately, in terms of engine cards, there are not good replacements for lubellion in my opinion. If I didn't have the card I would probably replace it with some tech cards, like TTT, Droplet or handtraps.
