Honestly, I need it to be more lively in the beginning. I’m a very heavy sleeper so I won’t wake up if they’re screaming and it’s good cause it distracts me long enough to fall asleep. I basically use sleep comps to trick myself into falling asleep and if it’s too calm it gets boring and I’ll go on my phone 💖
