Custom WWF No Mercy N64 roster - movie+video game+fantasy characters

- Many of my CAWs are based on obscure movie or video game characters, these are specified below. As far as more current wrestlers go, I stopped keeping my roster up to date a long time ago so that explains that. I love the roster I created though and this video is meant as a tribute to this great game and for nostalgia purposes. And maybe others will be inspired to create these CAWs in No Mercy or another wrestling game. If you do let me know and it'd be great to see what you did. I do plan to recreate some of these for the upcoming WWE 12 game, and they'll be on XBOX live, more info in future posts.

Characters from franchises such as Street Fighter and very well known movies should be self explanatory, but if you don't know, ask.

Back in the day I had 4 mem cards, and had a full custom roster on every single one. I loved making new characters.

CAW's are one of the best parts of No Mercy! But it's more fun to make original characters.
yeah i still play no mercy with my friends, and i think that the best feature of this game is the freedom to attempt cool things like in real wwf
I loved this game. It's too bad the engine was out of date and any match with more than 3 players would bog it down. I loved it to death.

Mostly because I didn't have that many custom characters made on their slots, just didn't have enough cool ideas for female characters at the time.

+Mayhem420Smoke haha I've see that wrestling on there, it wasn't terrible, but it was clunky last I checked. But that's Wesley Snipes' character's name in Demolition Man.

There's no horns. There are a few masks but it was very limited in this game. There are a ton of cool hacks and mods for PC out there for No Mercy. But this is all on a regular N64 with no hacks.

+SabbraCadabra There could be some slowdown issues with 4 wrestlers on-screen but an early fix I discovered was playing with music turned OFF. This improves performance and I've had tons of rumble matches and never been bothered by slowdown. Don't even remember what the in-arena music sounds like.

Anyone who still plays the newer games, I'm going to be actively posting CAWs, arenas, and belts in WWE 2k24. Search Demonspaceklown by creator, I was active on the 2k22 servers and plan to continue posting a lot of the same type of horror/scifi and movie characters as seen in this old video.

LORD DOJA Well even years ago when I put him in No Mercy he was one of WWE's most featured wrestlers and I wanted my game to be up to date. I'm not a Cena hater but even for those who are...if you want to update an old wrestling game, you have to have Cena.

magpieking Yeah, just wait till you've seen what I've done with WWE2k14, 2k15, and what I'll do with the upcoming WWE2k16. I've taken the original concept of this old No Mercy roster and with the way you can directly download other peoples' CAWs now and how you can import any image you can find into the game...got some great stuff coming.
