I like & will try the idea of the weights on the equipment pieces, but would I never want that many components in my system if it consisted of just 2 standmounts & requires what seems like a near-field listening position, but I am just a hobbyist & not an audiophile in the true sense of the word, your set up is very impressive all the same & will give a like to your vid, keep up the good work, Ps I feel a sub would have taken the music playing to the stratosphere
So in retrospectief how do the atc scm 19 km2 hold up to the Martens (no taking the higher price of the martens in consideration) keep up the good work on this channel 👍
Why put weights on them? I learnt that ATC had flexible wood panels to imitate an acoustic instrument like a guitar or violin. H Would you put a heavy weight on a cello for example ? Nice system and thanks

@@Vsread21 some componemts when added make big positive improvements , in this case the synergy of the system is mind blowing for the price. Each componemt is great but working together in this system is really something. If you start your journey, i ll recommend tou start with YOUR best speaker you can buy !
These remind of the TAD "bookshelf" speakers. They just sound huge and so well balanced.
I put bags of cement on my speakers then get my wife to sit on them, bass sounds really tight.
Incredible near field listening set up. Just WOW! From the ATC to the unreal MBL just wow. This is my next speaker

I have 5 or 6 top quality ulps in the system: router, nas server all powered by ulps..vibration is with isoacoustics

Look like the heavy door stops I use...probable overkill for such a heavy speaker

You will never hear/feel this kind of bass from atc , but mids and highs are great
