Doesn’t work. I tried it for hip tendonitis. Ended up using an elastic stocking bandage , that worked
How long are strips if using a roll of tape
Stretches of the strips is depend the area or pain?
why 75% stretch on the X and 50% downwards ?

75 percent would be a lot for a non anchor pieces the 75 percent pieces are supporting the injured area by tightening than are like a compression sleeve would do
